Leadership & Ministry

Arron is the Lead Minister of Journey Christian Church in Greeley, Colorado—a church with over 1,000 attendees each weekend.

He is the Co-Founder of the Connect Leadership Network—a network of over 80 pastors from all over North America who meet virtually each week for coaching, soul-care, and collaboration.

Arron is President & Founder of Tri Life, Inc. and Owner and Founder of the Blessings Investments Group,

Arron is also a life coach, leadership coach, business coach, evangelism coach, marriage coach, and a Head High School track and cross country coach (2021 Patriot League Coach of the Year), and an inspirational speaker who speaks to thousands of people each year, husband of a lovely wife, the father of 4 beautiful kids, and the grandfather to 3 amazingly wonderful grandkids!

Arron is the Strategic Leader of Marriage & Family for the Christian Church Leadership Network, an official author/speaker for Married People (https://marriedpeople.org/author/arron-chambers/), and Family Coach for the national men’s ministry: Warrior 3 Project.

Arron is also the Executive Producer of an upcoming movie about the life of a man who made horrible choices and the woman who never stopped loving him and praying for his redemption.
